We’re delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new range of C4 and C5 boxes. These new style postal boxes are now live on our web site, so you can get your hands on them straight away!
Customers have been requesting the new style of box and we’ve listened and been working hard on the new design to make sure it’s the perfect solution to your PIP [Pricing in Proportion] letterbox and postal packaging needs.
The new style postal boxes are the same size as our original C4 and C5 boxes but are super sturdy to give better protection for items packed inside and will comfortably fit through a letterbox.
They have been manufactured to meet PIP guidelines and will travel through the postal system as Royal Mail large letter format boxes.
The new style C5 postal boxes are 9.02x6.26x0.63” and 22.9x16.2x2cm.
The new style C4 postal boxes are 12.83x8.94x0.63” and 32.4x22.9x2cm.

- C5 and C4 PIP boxes are supplied flat packed and require minimum storage space.
- A simple to assemble large letter PIP box, with all fold points clearly marked to guide you.
- Sturdy postal boxes with a robust design once assembled.
- Fold in sides give extra rigidity. PIP postal boxes are designed to keep contents safe and secure.
- Easy close flaps that slot into the front of the postal box, giving immediate security. Complete closure with packaging tape [not included] to ensure full security.
- Royal Mail large letter format PIP postal box.
- Large letter PIP boxes easily fit through a letterbox.
