Our range of single wall boxes are manufactured in our UK factory based in Wigan. We use high grade corrugated board ensuring maximum protection for your items. Our SW16x10x5.5” boxes are currently new to the range available from Boxed-Up, introduced due to popular demand!

Constructed in a B Flute 150 Paper weight, these boxes are well equipped to deal with most items you may wish to send, such as photo frames, art prints, clothing, electrical cables and much more! 

All our boxes are supplied flat-packed which demand minimum storage. This size currently falls in line with the small parcel measurement guidelines put into place by Royal Mail.

The robust and simple design of these cardboard boxes ensures they can be assembled quickly and easily; just fold the box flaps into place at the base and top and secure with tape.

These boxes can be purchased in a range of pack quantities, ranging from a bundle of 25 to 1,000 units. Enabling customers to take full advantage of our high stock levels without compromising on their own storage space! Save further by choosing the correct quantity price break; the more you purchase the better you save!

Despatch Time and Delivery

You’ve placed an order on Boxed-Up or are thinking about it. Naturally you are wondering what you can expect in terms of our packaging delivery terms to you.

All orders are shipped flat-packed for convenient storage and either shipped via courier or bulk freight, dependent on your order size.

Paid orders received before 11:45am Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day*, using a next working day delivery service. (For Bulk orders please allow 48 hours to receive). Orders received after this 11:45am cut off, will be despatched the next working day.

*Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be received across November and December. We will endeavour to uphold our next day policy, but due to the volume of orders received during these busy months, the orders will be despatched in order they are received, which on occasion can mean that your order may take up to 48hours.

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not considered to be working days. Orders received after 11:45am Friday, and across the weekend, will be delivered the following Monday. 

Our chosen courier will notify you via text or email once they have received your order, to provide you with an estimated time of delivery. All orders shipped will receive a tracking number, unless shipped via Bulk. If for any reason this is not the case please Contact our customer service team, who will be able to help you further.

All orders shipped within UK Mainland are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Locations, as defined by our chosen courier, will be subject to a delivery surcharge. This will automatically be calculated during checkout. The areas this affects are as follows;

Christmas Delivery Schedule

We are fast approaching the end of yet another year, but also the start of some of the busiest times for our eRetail customers!

Our last despatch day for 2016 will be Thursday 22nd December with standard next day delivery still in effect. Should you be out at time of delivery, the second delivery attempt would take place Wednesday 28th December 2016 by our chosen courier. 

Our office and warehouse will be closed from 12 noon Friday 23rd December 2016, all orders recieved from Thursday afternoon and over the festive period will be processed upon our return, Tuesday 3rd January 2017. Dependant upon the volume of orders received, these will be processed in the order they were received into our warehouse.

Bulk Orders

Orders which are equal to a pallet quantity are known as BULK. Our website will identify for you when your order has reached a bulk status, with a blue banner at the header of the website and again at checkout. Bulk orders will still be shipped free of charge within the UK, please however allow for 48 hours for your order to be collected and shipped via freight. All bulk orders items will be sent on a Pallet and sent via a taillift truck.

Please note that due to warehouse hours, we are unable to guarantee that bulk orders placed on a Friday will be collected Friday, they may be collected on the next working day.

Collect From Us

For those customers of ours who live locally you are welcome to collect from our warehouse in Wigan. Just select 'collect from us' at checkout, and a member of the sales team will be in touch to discuss how to find our warehouse entrance and a suitable time for collection. Please note that items which are to be collected will be handballed.

Returns Policy

At Boxed-Up we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your product, please Contact our sales team who will be able to assist you further. You can return your items to us within 30 days where a refund will be offered upon the safe return of the goods. For 'Set Goods' that include more than one item- all items must be returned together- as per the original order including any free items included in the original sale. Under the distance selling regulations it is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost of return postage in these instances.

Faulty Products

We take care to ensure our products arrive with our customers in perfect condition. Belmont Packaging take pride in their work and have numerous quality checks put into place to ensure no faults make it past the factory floor. If you believe that our product is faulty or are displeased with the quality, please Contact our team as soon as possible with details about the fault. We aim to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order and return any goods that may have been despatched up to seven days from receipt.
